• Dubai Frame is open all year round, including weekends and public holidays.
• Visit may vary during the holy month of Ramadan, holidays and public holidays.
• Please ensure you have a valid Photo ID or passport in your possession, as it is mandatory for display at the entrance.
• To maintain the safety and integrity of the Dubai Frame experience, we kindly ask you not to bring animals, pets, toys, or sharp objects inside the premises.
• For the comfort and cleanliness of all visitors, the consumption of food and beverages within the Dubai Frame is not permitted.
• We encourage guests to wear attire that reflects respect for the cultural significance of the Dubai Frame.
• Please refrain from touching items on display in the exhibitions to preserve their condition and ensure a pleasant experience for all.
• Large bags and strollers must be kept at Gate 4 Counter.
• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult to enter the Dubai Frame.
• Children under age 3 and People of Determination, accompanied by two companions, will receive complimentary access to the Dubai Frame.
