Know before you go:

• For the safety and comfort of all passengers on board, weight limit of 115 kilograms is permitted per passenger per seat.
• You must provide your accurate weight when booking. Failure to do so could cancel flight and ticket is non-refundable.
• The maximum weight per passenger is 140 kg. If you're near or above this, consider booking a private flight for a higher chance of flying.
• Passengers near weight limit aren't guaranteed to fly. Weight distribution is important, but Heli Dubai will to accommodate you on another flight the same day (if available).
• Passenger exceeding or nearing the weight limit may be required to purchase an additional seat to maintain balance (subject to availability).
• Photos are not included in the helicopter tour experience. However, they can be purchased at the photo counter.
• Passenger must arrive 45 minutes before the flight.
• Passenger must present a government-issued ID at check-in.
• Helicopter tours are suitable for age group starting from 2 years.
• Please note a maximum of 5 passengers are allowed per flight.
• Passengers needing seatbelt extender cannot fly due to safety regulations.
• Wear body-fit clothing for safety reasons.
• People of determination can fly with an accompanying trained person.
• Pregnant passengers 7 months or more need a doctor’s certificate confirming fitness to fly.
• Flights may be canceled last minute due to weather. If this happens, you can either reschedule or get a refund without extra charge.
• Routes and durations might change due to external factors.
• No loose clothing, long scarves or accessories could get caught in rotor winds.
• Only flat, secure shoes are allowed (no high heels).
• All passengers must go through security checks.
• No large bags allowed in the helicopter. They must be stored in designated lockers. Small medical carry-on bag is allowed.
• HeliDubai can refuse service to disruptive passengers. Always follow crew instructions, like keeping your seatbelt during flight.
• iPads, Selfie sticks, HD camcorders and Camera with lenses over 400mm are prohibited (needs approval from Dubai authorities to bring these items).
