• Ticket must be valid, non-transferable, non-refundable, and presented at entry.
• Re-entry is not allowed with the same ticket.
• Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
• Junior tickets are for individuals under 107 cm; children under 3 enter free but require a ticket. Please click this LINK to view the rides’ age and height restrictions.
• Grand Hyatt Dubai Waterpark opens at 10:30 AM to 05:30 PM.
• No outside food/beverages (except for medical/infant needs), alcohol, weapons, smoking in non-designated areas, unruly behavior, queue jumping, pets (except service animals), or inappropriate attire.
• Certain items like coolers, drones, skateboards, and personal flotation devices are not allowed.
• Guests must follow all safety instructions, signage, and staff directives.
• Showering before entering facilities is mandatory.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Smoking, eating, or drinking is prohibited on slides or experiences.
• Operational dates and times may change without notice; no refunds for closures unless specified.
• Some attractions may be unavailable during visits due to maintenance or private events.
• Daytime parking is available at the owner's risk; overnight parking is prohibited.
• CCTV monitoring is in place. Guests consent to filming and photography during their visit, which may be used for publication.
• Guests assume all risks associated with waterpark activities, including injury or property damage.
• The waterpark and its affiliates are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property or unexpected closures.
• Liability is limited to the price of the entrance ticket, except in cases of gross negligence causing death or personal injury.
