Know Before You Go

• Please carry Valid ID proof or relevant document for smooth entry.
• For timed entry ticket, your reservation includes specific date and time entry, however, there might be a short wait before your experience begins.
• Pioneer Pass holders can visit anytime on the specified day during regular opening hours without having to reserve a specific time slot.
• Valet parking will no longer be included with Pioneer Pass tickets starting 1 August 2025.
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the time slot indicated in the entry time field on your ticket.
• Entry is free for children under the age of four. There’s no need to pre-book tickets for them—simply visit the customer service desk on arrival to collect their entry passes. The museum's customer service team may request identification, so please have relevant documents or ID at hand.
• For an effortless journey, we recommend taking the Dubai Metro (Emirates Towers Station, Red Line), with direct access to the Museum of the Future via a pedestrian bridge.
• All tickets can be redeemed at kiosks within the Museum of the Future lobby area or at the Customer Service desk in exchange for wristbands and wearables that enable exhibition access at the allotted ticket time.
• Parts of the Museum may contain loud noises and strobe effects, flashing lights, rapidly changing images, the use of lasers, various projections, and/or smoke machines.
• Museum of the Future does not offer refunds if the arrival time slot is missed and tickets are non-refundable.
