Know Before You Go

All passenger should arrive for check-in no later than 45 minutes prior to departure. Late arrivals are not guaranteed boarding, and the service provider may release the flight as scheduled.
Smoking, food, and beverages are prohibited during helicopter flights.
The weight limit is 110 kg per passenger per seat. Passengers who exceed or are close to this weight are required to purchase an additional seat due to the aircraft's weight and balance limitations.
Passengers who require a seat belt extender cannot be offered a tour.
Wear loose-fitting clothes and bring a light jacket for the drop in temperature as you go up.
Final seating on the helicopter is determined based on the combined weight of all passengers. While you may request a preferred seat, it cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Please note in cases of reduced visibility, flights may still operate; however, if visibility is poor, supplier may be required to cancel the flight. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify you as soon as possible and will always make every effort to reschedule your flight.
Only cameras, cell phones and sunglasses may be taken on the helicopter. All bags, hats and scarves may be left in a locker available to you at no charge.
