Know Before You Go

• Please carry a valid ID or Passport for a smooth visit.
• Tickets are valid for one-time use and are non-refundable.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Socks are required for entry into the ball pit area.
• Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets cannot be replaced or refunded.
• Children aged 0-3 years enter for free.
• Last entry is one hour before closing time.
• Open daily from 10:00am-10:00pm from Sunday-Thursday and 10:00am-12:00am from Friday-Saturday.
• AYA is 13 minutes away from downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa, and Dubai Mall and 10 minutes away from Dubai International Airport.
• Nearest Metro station is The Dubai Healthcare City – Green Line metro station.
• Prayer rooms are available within Wafi City Mall, next to the park.
• People of Determination receive free AYA entry, plus one caregiver ticket. Visit Customer Service with ID or eligibility proof.
• AYA contains bright lighting effects that flash or strobe. The park may not be suitable for guests who have sensitivity to these conditions or a history of photosensitive epilepsy.
