Know Before You Go

• Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time slot.
• Please present your voucher at the ticketing counter and exchange it for the original ticket to access the venue.
• Upon arrival, check in at the information center by providing your reservation information and passport / Emirates ID, sign the waiver form, and receive a wristband. 
  
• Participants under 18 may fly solo if they meet the height and weight requirements but must present a signed waiver from a parent or guardian.
• Minimum Height Requirement is 130 cm  (no maximum)
• Zipline : Minimum Weight Restrictions is 40 kg and Maximum Weight Restrictions is 120 kg, including clothes and shoes wear for experience
• Sky Tour : Minimum Weight Restrictions is 40 kg and Maximum Weight Restrictions is 100 kg, including clothes and shoes wear for experience
• Choose athletic wear suitable for rugged terrain.(Dresses and skirts are not permitted.)
• Please wear sport closed-toe shoes (sandals, flip flop, lose shoes are not allowed). Kindly remove any necklaces or long earrings before the activity for safety reason.
• If participating during winter, please bring a warm jacket, as mountain conditions can be cold and windy.
• Use sunscreen to protect your skin from UV rays throughout your experience.
• Ensure you are in good health before participating.
• Keep in mind that weather conditions may influence your experience.
• Transfer to Launch Platform : Once geared up, shuttle buses transport participants to the launch platform. A second safety briefing is conducted before the zipline experience begins.
• Zipline Experience and Return : Participants enjoy the zipline ride and land at the arrival platform, where a shuttle is ready to bring them back to the Welcome Center.
• Ramadan timing: 09:30 am to 01:00 pm from February 18, 2026.
